Yangshuo Ganguo Fish

Another famous dish in Yangshuo is Yangshuo Ganguo fish. There are two ways to prepare this dish. One is made with dried fish, which is fragrant and crispy; the other is made of fresh fish, which tastes sweeter. Both are very tasty. Ingredients for this dish are menthol leaves, beans, water tofu, oil tofu, pickled radish and peppers. First, remove the fish organs, clean it and cut the fish into pieces, mix it with the other ingredients for several minutes. Second, fry in oil and cook it well with the ingredients. Don’t forget to add some tomato, tofo, pickles, garlic etc. before you put it on the table. Most of the tourists come back to Yangshuo again and again for its marvelous taste and very reasonable price.
